Jana Hecker is Managing Director of cetacea and has been working in management consulting for almost fifteen years in the fields of change management and communication. At cetacea, her consulting focus is on supporting change processes, especially in special situations such as restructuring, reorganization, post-merger integration, cultural change and realignment. She has helped shape several transformation programs in international corporations as well as medium-sized companies - including clients from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, the ITC industry and service companies.

Jana Hecker holds a degree in sociology and an Executive MBA and is also a guest-lecturer at the department of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
