is Managing Director of cetacea. She has been working in communications consulting in the fields of change management as well as change communications for almost fifteen years. At cetacea, her consultancy role focuses on the support of change processes, above all in special situations such as transformation, restructuring, post-merger integration and reorientation.
She plans and manages change initiatives as part of extensive transformation projects in large international enterprises as well as in medium-sized companies. Together with her teams, she works on site at the customer premises. She knows the challenges that arise during change processes at the different interfaces in the company and regarding the different needs and expectations of target groups.
Jana Hecker holds a degree in sociology and an Executive MBA and is also a guest-lecturer at the department of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
