Procedure

cetacea accompanies the restructuring and collaborates closely with the management, the managers in the warehouse locations, and human resources development.

An as-is analysis ensures that all issues critical to future success are identified. The restructuring project is professionalized by a PMO and the individual workstreams are interconnected. Individual workshops with management, warehouse supervisors, and shift supervisors clarify and empower them in their R&R. A communication concept and a sustainably professionalized communication infrastructure ensure transparency and information flow to all employees. The works council is an active part of the restructuring project, change competences are built up in staff development, and an ambassador network is designed and implemented.
