Procedure

cetacea orchestrates, provides ideas and methods, moderates and prepares.

cetacea helps to bring the global business unit leadership team together to professionalize the cultural aspect of integrity and compliance. In the first step, the leadership team collaboratively refines the target culture from a rough idea to a concrete vision in focused workshops.

The target culture is defined jointly in workshops with the executive team along values or attributes. With the support and expertise of cetacea, these attributes are encapsulated in behavioral anchors, i.e., concrete desirable behaviors for employees and executives.

The next step is to include the global business unit as a whole. For this purpose, the established Perception Workshop is used, which efficiently and effectively combines communication, engagement, measurement, and idea generation. In a series of virtual Perception Workshops, employees and executives from all regions participate, are informed about the target culture, understand the significance of integrity and compliance, vote live on the current state of the lived culture, and develop improvement ideas in small groups. cetacea moderates the workshops, prepares them and follows up on them, and compiles the key insights for further internal continuation.
